2016 Holiday Vacation Schedule

Explanation of Our Billing Cycle/Plans

Your bills are based on a 12 month cycle as if there were twenty child care days each month. As you can see above, most months have more than twenty child care days. These extra days, for which you are not charged accumulate throughout the year and are converted to designated vacation days for Kids Can. We take one extra week per year off in addition to the accumulated vacation days. Your child-care bill is not altered during our vacation days, we have accumulated those days from you.

You can enroll your child for the school year only. Summer care is then not available with this plan. You will have automatic re-enrollment the following year to commence with the week Nevada City public schools open. You pay for your actual days of care which includes any days we are OPEN that your child is regularly scheduled to be at Kids Can.
